Who is Sil van Gorkum?

I am Sil, an energetic and creative hospitality professional. I come from a hands-on background in high-end gastronomy, but my interest goes beyond the kitchen. I like taking responsibility, working with people, and turning ideas into experiences that actually work. Leadership and management are the areas I want to keep developing.
